The Commission Split:
You refer Buyer Bob to Agent Mary who gets a 3% commission. Bob buys a house for $250,000.00
Agent Mary's 3% commission = $7,500.00
ReferAgent℠ (You) gets 20% = $1,500.00
The Commission Program:
If you sponsor a new ReferAgent℠ you receive 1% for every transaction they complete. That would be $75 in the above example. Once you have been with us 36 consecutive months, you (or your heirs) keep earning that 1% for as long as it keeps coming. Even if you're no longer with us.
No start up cost: The Sign-Up fee ($75.00) can be deducted from your first commission check and we'll buy your first batch of business cards with that money.
There are no further fees. Ever.
