SCOPE: The purpose of this project is to perform flooring renovations to Phantom Warrior Center, Building 194. Under this contract RIDGELINE provides all materials, labor and supervision to complete work. This includes, but is not limited to abatement, removal and disposal of all designated asbestos-containing materials in the following estimated quantities: Approximately 13,000 combined square feet of carpet and 12” x 12” VCT with black mastic and 13,000 SF of leveling compound with black mastic, demolition of cove base and all other pertinent accessories, refuse and debris removal, Project Design, Project Management, Air Quality Monitoring and all Asbestos Consulting services.

​SCOPE: The purpose of this project is to perform Mold Remediation to the Domino's Pizza in Pearland, TX. Under this contract RIDGELINE  provides all materials, labor, equipment and supervision to accomplish the demolition and removal of all presumed mold affected and incidental non affected materials to include: wallboard systems, fiber reinforced paneling, ceiling tiles and grid, ductwork, light fixtures and clean all metal wall studs, interior/underside of roof deck and flooring in target areas of the facility with an EPA registered anti-microbial/biocide solution.

SCOPE: The purpose of this project is to perform site demolition work at Motel 6 #1344 in Austin, Texas. Under this contract RIDGELINE provided all materials, labor and supervision to complete work. This includes, but is not limited to Ridgeline will provide materials, labor, tools, equipment and supervision to accomplish – Demolition of existing 10,008 square foot building including staircases, slab and all underground utilities beneath building, demolition of asphalt paving, shrubs, small trees and foliage as indicated in the project plans and drawings. Verify with GC, owner or owner rep all items to be salvage and stored for future use.
